O Rings are ring shaped seals of circular section used in a many different applications
The polymers available ensure that temperatures in excess of 300C can be accomodated.They can also withstand most chemicals and work at extremely low temperatures.
PTFE back up rings are recommended for pressures in excess of 100 bar to ensure that O Rings resist extrusion.
Materials available include Nitrile, Viton, Silicone, EDPM, PTFE, Neoprene, and Polyurethene.
Special size O Rings can be manufactured to suit specific requirements.
Manufacturing Standards are British Imperial BS1806 British Metric BS4518, German Metric DIN3771.
